By default, multi-channel fulfilment (MCF) orders ship in Amazon-branded boxes. When you fulfil Shopify Orders via FBA, Customers may receive Amazon-branded packaging.
Amazon offers the MCF Blank Box Order Fulfilment program for unbranded packaging on multichannel orders.
In Connectr, set Blank Box to Yes. Connectr configures Amazon to fulfil your Shopify Orders in plain packaging—no Amazon tape, logo, or branding.
Note: Blank Box is currently in beta on Amazon's side. Not all seller accounts have access. If Blank Box is not enabled for your account, orders ship in standard Amazon-branded boxes.
