Yes. For each Amazon region, specify a Shopify location where stock levels should match Amazon. Connectr updates that location to reflect Amazon Inventory.
Note: Shopify locations must be created manually in Shopify Admin. Connectr does not support locations tied to inventory apps, dropshipping services (e.g., Oberlo), third-party logistics providers, or custom fulfillment services (e.g., eBay fulfillment).
