Shopify locations are places where you stock Inventory, Orders, and sell Products. The inventory location you configure in the Connectr App becomes the default location for all products imported from Amazon.
Shopify Fulfilment by Amazon integration
If you want to automate order fulfilment through Shopify's Fulfilment by Amazon service, set the location to Amazon Marketplace Web. In that case, Amazon manages FBA product inventory on Shopify.
Important: There have been multiple cases where inventory was not updated correctly with this setup. Shopify provides minimal support for inventory-related issues, and Connectr App cannot update inventory for those products because Amazon overwrites it. We do not recommend this method. Using Connectr Ship with FBA
If you fulfil orders via FBA using Connectr's Ship with FBA feature, do not set the default location to Amazon Marketplace Web. Keeping that default location prevents Connectr from updating Shopify orders correctly.
