Bulk Actions

Spreadr allows you to perform operations on multiple products simultaneously using bulk actions. This saves time when managing a large catalog.

Before You Begin

  • Plan Availability: Bulk actions are available for stores subscribed to the Gold plan and above.
  • Caution: Bulk deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Always double-check before initiating a delete.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. On the Spreadr home page (dashboard), look for the Bulk Actions button at the top right, and click it.

Option A: Bulk Export

This option exports all products currently in your Spreadr account into a downloadable CSV file. This is useful for backups or editing lists.

  1. In the Bulk Actions menu, click Bulk Export.
  2. Once the export is processed, download the resulting .csv file to your local computer.

Option B: Bulk Delete

This option permanently deletes all imported products from both your Shopify store catalog and your Spreadr account database.

  1. In the Bulk Actions menu, select Bulk Delete.
  2. Read the warning message carefully, confirm the action, and click Delete.

Expected Result

  • Bulk Export: A complete sheet containing all imported Amazon products with details and affiliate links will be downloaded.
  • Bulk Delete: All imported products are wiped from your Shopify admin and the Spreadr catalog. Your Shopify product count will adjust downward.

Important Notes

Caution: Bulk Delete is a permanent and irreversible action. Once confirmed, neither Shopify nor Spreadr support can recover the deleted products. If you wish to use them again, you will have to import each product manually.
