What are Auto-sync rules?

Auto-sync rules define how Spreadr updates Shopify values when there is a change in Amazon product price & availability values.


If Condition

Actions




Product price changes (on Amazon)




Take no action
Do not update Shopify.


Update price on Shopify as per Amazon
This will update Shopify product prices to match Amazon product prices.




The product goes out of stock (on Amazon)

Take no action
Do not update Shopify.

Mark it as OUT OF STOCK
This option will set the product quantity to 0 and allow the shop theme to handle the product page display.


Hide product from Shopify
Stop displaying the product to the users.




The product is discontinued (on Amazon)

Take no action
Do not update Shopify.


Remove the product from Shopify
Delete the product from the Shopify store and Spreadr dashboard.

Hide product from Shopify
Stop displaying the product to the users. This will not delete the product from the Shopify store.
