Before uploading your CSV file, ensure it meets the requirements below. Using the correct format helps prevent import errors and ensures your Outlinks are updated successfully.
File Requirements
Your CSV file must meet the following criteria:
- File format: .csv
- Maximum file size: 10 MB
- Maximum products per file: 2,000
Note
If your CSV contains more than 2,000 products, only the first 2,000 products will be processed.
Required CSV Headers
The first row of your CSV file must contain the following column headers exactly as shown:

Handle | Product handle as specified by Shopify. It uniquely identifies the product. When you export products from Shopify, the product handle is available in the spreadsheet. |
externallink | This is the Outlink you want the products to link out to. |
buttontext | The text to be displayed on the Outlink button. |
isactive | 1: Indicates the Outlink should be activated on the store. |
- Important
All four columns are mandatory. If any required value is missing or invalid, that product will be skipped during the update.
