The Pro Bulk Price Editor dashboard provides a centralized interface inside your Wix Dashboard to manage and monitor all pricing actions. It is designed to help you quickly launch promotions and revert prices when needed.
1. Central Dashboard
When you first open the app, the home page displays basic Getting Started instructions to help you understand how to create your first pricing task.
From the dashboard, you can access the task creation workflow, view existing tasks, monitor active runs, and manage your pricing updates.
Click Create Task to begin setting up a new bulk pricing task.
2. Create a Pricing Task
Creating a pricing task involves selecting products, configuring pricing rules, reviewing example calculations, and choosing when to run the task.
Step 1: Select Products
Choose the products you want to update using one of the following options:
- All Products: Apply the pricing changes to all products in your store.
- Products Based on Conditions: Filter products using specific conditions.
- All Products in a Category: Select a product category to target the relevant products.
Complete the required conditions or select a category, then click Save & Next. Review the matching products before proceeding.
Step 2: Configure Pricing Rules
Set up the pricing changes you want to apply. You can configure the following options independently:
- Change Price: Increase, decrease, or update product prices according to your selected pricing rules.
- Change Cost Price: Update the cost price of the selected products.
- Set Discount: Configure the discount you want to apply.
Leave any field you do not want to modify set to No Change. To retain an existing discount rule, select Keep Existing Discount where applicable.

Step 3: Check Example Calculations
Preview how your pricing rules will affect product values before creating the task.
- Enter an example Current Price and Cost Price.
- Click Check to view the example calculations.
The example discount is calculated from the Set Discount configuration and is read-only.
Step 4: Add a Product Ribbon (Optional)
You can add a product ribbon to highlight a promotion or special offer on your products.
Enter a label of up to 30 characters For example: Weekend Sale.
Step 5: Choose When to Run the Task
Select whether to run the pricing task immediately or schedule it for a later time.
Run Task options
- Now: Queues the task for processing after you save it.
- Schedule for Later: Allows you to select a schedule frequency and specify the required timing details.
3. Real-Time Task Monitoring
Once a task is running, you can monitor its progress directly from the dashboard.
4. Roll Back Pricing Changes
The app allows you to roll back a pricing task to restore the saved original values when needed.
Every completed task is saved in the app's history, use the rollback option to initiate the reversal of its pricing changes.
Important:
1. Task logs and rollback history are retained for 60 days. Complete any required rollbacks within this period, as the history is permanently deleted after the retention period expires.
2. Only one task can run at a time. If you create another task while a task is already running, the new task will be queued and will begin processing once the current task is completed.
