The Pro Bulk Price Editor dashboard provides a centralized interface inside your Wix Dashboard to manage and monitor all pricing actions. It is designed to help you quickly launch promotions and revert prices when needed.
Core Features:
1. Central Dashboard
When you open the app, you will see your task overview, current active runs, and quick shortcuts. From here, you can start a new Pricing Task in a few clicks.
2. Creating a Pricing Task
Setting up a bulk price change is a simple step-by-step workflow:
- Product Selection: Filter products by Collections, Tags, Vendors, or upload a CSV file of specific product IDs.
- Pricing Rules: Apply fixed amount changes, percentage markups/markdowns, or custom formulas.
- Rounding Rules: Define rounding options to maintain clean price formats (e.g., ending in .99).
- Scheduling: Run the task immediately or schedule it for a future date. You can also define an automated rollback date and time.
3. Real-Time Task Monitoring
Once a task is active, track its progress directly on the dashboard. You can see the number of updated products and review any warnings in real-time.
4. One-Click Rollback
Revert any pricing change instantly. The app keeps a full history of your pricing changes so you can roll back a task to restore original prices at any time.
Important: Task logs and rollback history are stored for 2 months. Be sure to perform any rollbacks within this timeframe, as history is permanently deleted afterwards.
