Shipr lets you decide how multi-item orders and invalid SKUs are handled when using Auto Mode.
Choose the option that best matches your fulfillment workflow.
Available Options
Fulfill Partial Order (Recommended)
Shipr fulfills all valid items and skips any items with invalid SKUs or unavailable inventory.
Best for: Maximizing successful shipments while avoiding delays.
Don't Fulfill If Invalid SKUs Are Found
If any item in the order has an invalid SKU or cannot be fulfilled, the entire order is placed on hold.
Best for: Stores that require every item in an order to ship together.
Don't Fulfill Multi-SKU Orders
Shipr only fulfills orders containing one unique SKU.
Orders with two or more different SKUs are skipped.
Example:
- Product A × 2 → Fulfilled
- Product A + Product B → Not fulfilled
Don't Fulfill Multi-item Orders
Shipr only fulfills orders containing a single item.
Any order with a quantity greater than 1 or multiple products will be skipped.
Example:
- Product A × 1 → Fulfilled
- Product A × 2 → Not fulfilled
- Product A + Product B → Not fulfilled
Recommended Setting
For most merchants, we recommend Fulfill Partial Order. It allows available items to ship immediately while preventing invalid SKUs from blocking the entire order.
