How to Customize Email Notification content ?

Watchlyst app now allows you to customize the content of the email notifications sent to your customers. You can personalize the email subject and message body, add your store branding, and use predefined dynamic fields to automatically display product and store information.

You can also create different email content for different languages, allowing your notifications to be tailored to your customers' language preferences.

Customize Your Email Notifications

To customize your notification emails:

1. Go to Settings and Select Email.
2. Scroll to the Email Content section.
3. Select the language for which you want to customize the email from the dropdown.
4. Customize the Subject and Custom Body of the email.
5. Click Save to apply your changes.

Note:

1.The subject and custom body are saved separately for each selected language. Switching between languages allows you to create and manage the email content for each language independently.

2. Leave this field empty to continue using the default email template.

Use Dynamic Fields/Variables in Your Emails

You can use predefined dynamic fields to automatically insert relevant product and store information into your email content.

To add a dynamic field:

1. Place your cursor where you want the information to appear in the email body.
2. Click Insert value.
3. Select the required field from the available options in the dropdown.

Watchlyst will automatically replace the selected field with the relevant information when the email is sent.
